Whether you need it or not, VW Roadside Assistance is available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Trip interruption receipts should be sent via mail.

If you run out of gas, have a flat tire, or a dead battery, don’t worry! Volkswagen Roadside Assistance, provided by Allstate®, won’t leave you stuck on the side of the road. If needed, we’ll even tow your car to a Volkswagen dealer or Certified Collision Repair Facility at NO CHARGE to make sure your car gets fixed correctly and according to Volkswagen standards.

While accidents can happen any time, you can prevent mistakes by taking your car to a VW Certified Collision Repair Facility.

• The work will be performed by trained employees at shops that are certified to perform collision repairs on Volkswagen models.
• All services will follow strict, mandated repair procedures per Volkswagen standards.
• Wherever feasible, the facility will use Genuine Volkswagen Parts.
• Employees have access to exclusive Volkswagen technical tools and repair information.
• All vehicle warranties will be maintained.

FREE LOANER VEHICLE PROGRAM

Service: Vehicle must be under factory warranty or inoperable.

“We Owe/Sublet Work” Vehicles: must be scheduled in the shop more than 2+ days.

Not qualified for a Loaner: Anyone under 21, designated service express services (regular maintenance), tint, environmental protection, etc.

Return Policy: Vehicle must be returned same day the work is finished before 5pm. A flat fee will apply if vehicle is not returned on specified date. Vehicles should be returned on specified date. Guest will be charged for any discrepancies (damage, etc.) Loaner if vehicle needs less than 2 days service and you cannot take our shuttle service: a flat rate of $35 a day pending availability.

1. Loaner hours are Monday-Friday 8-5pm
2. No loaners will be given on the Weekend or Holidays.
3. Vehicles are not to leave the state of Utah
4. Vehicle must stay in a 100 mile radius of the dealership.
